Mauricio is the CEO of MapleTree Solutions. His company is the evolution of his efforts in El Salvador and the US. By moving to Canada, he is following the objective of providing nearshore software services from Canada and Latin America to US and Canadian companies. Having created a pool of Latin American developers now it is embarked in creating a Canadian pool as well.Mauricio ensures MapleTree is a bridge connecting international businesses and top remote developers. His commitment to prioritizing developer satisfaction has strengthened the company by emphasizing collaborative and innovative developer communities.

Vanessa has administered the sister companies of MapleTree Solution for more than 10 years. During this time, she has scaled the operation, always keeping it efficient and running smoothly. She acts as a liaison between the daily operations and the financial performance of the company. Her main contributions are to define and execute policies oriented to managing treasury, controlling, contracts and follow up of the human resources.

Tanin is an economist and passionate about the betterment of the community around her. She always looks forward to improving and finding better ways to create an impact. She joined MapleTree Solutions in 2023 as Business Developer Manager to create solid relationships with clients, developers, and partners with whom we can work hand in hand to take MapleTree Solutions to the next level and create the impact we are looking for in the progress of the IT world nowadays.
Our journey began in 2010 in Central America, starting as a modest Consultancy Services Company with big dreams in the tech world. The early years were filled with challenges, but in 2014, we launched the International Internship Program (Int2), which became the foundation of our transformative journey. Through partnerships with local universities, Int2 identified and nurtured top tech talents, emphasizing excellence and a healthy work environment.
Expanding globally, we established a US branch and scaled operations, with Int2 interns at the core of this growth. Our commitment to community and positive impact led to the inception of Campamento Esperanza in 2018, a camp for children battling cancer, showcasing our dedication beyond the tech sphere.
In 2023, we introduced MapleTree, focusing on connecting clients with IT talent and aiding Canadian and American newcomers' integration into the labor market. This new venture symbolizes our resilience, adaptability, and commitment to making a meaningful impact, with hybrid teams across North America embodying our vision for collaborative and inclusive growth.
